Hand-made with love by artisans
We support the artisan skills of hand-dyeing, hand-block printing, leather working and hand-loom weaving. Generally the quality is superior to the mass-produced items to which we have become accustomed. Some of the patterns, colour and stitching may vary reflecting the hand-made nature of the item, we think this adds to the character and hope you will love it even more. If, however, you are not entirely happy with any item, please return it to us, unworn, for a replacement or a full refund.
Delivery and postage
All parcels are sent by Royal Mail. Parcels are dispatched within 24hrs and should arrive within 3-5 days. Postage costs £3.50 and is added to your order at check-out.
We hope you will love your chosen items. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order please return it, unworn/unsued in the original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. We regret we cannot refund postage. If you would like an exchange, please mark this on the returns slip and we will dispatch your chosen item (subject to availability) within 3 days of receiving your returned parcel.

What happens if I’m not in when you deliver my order?
All parcels are delivered by Royal Mail. If your parcel fits through your letterbox it will be posted. Alternatively, it may be left with a neighbour or taken back to the post office to be collected at a later date.

What if I don’t have a paypal account?
You can pay by Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card. Our payment system is hosted by paypal but you do not need a paypal account to complete a card transaction on our website. Simply follow the instructions on screen but do contact us if you have any problems.
Do you ship overseas?
Shipping overseas may be possible for an additional postage fee. Please email us with your address and the details of what you would like to order. Please note we cannot cover the additional duties and taxes that may be charged on arrival in the country of destination.
Can I cancel or amend an order?
You can cancel or amend an order by emailing us at email@example.com Please note that if your item has already been dispatched, you will need to return the item for a refund.
How do I return an order?
We’ll supply an address label to be attached to the parcel you are returning. Please ensure the item is re-packaged carefully in the original packaging. You will need to go to a post office to attach the correct postage amount and obtain a proof of postage receipt.
Why won’t my promo code work?
Your promo code may have expired. If you are experiencing problems please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to reply within 24hrs.
